Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko is going to pay an official visit to Georgia.
He made the statement on 12 February after the Normandy format meeting which took place in the Palace of Independence in Minsk, reports Belarussian news agency BelTA.
Alexander Lukashenko remarked that the visit has been rescheduled several times; however, it will take place this time.
“Yes, I am going to pay an official visit to Georgia. The leadership of Georgia and I have rescheduled it several times. But we decided that we need to meet this year to have a serious conversation about bilateral relations with these close people,”
Alexander Lukashenko said.
