Don't remember how I discovered this TV series, but first season watched in overnight.
Written by David S. Goyer, the series follows the "untold" story of Leonardo Da Vinci: the genius during his early years in Renaissance Florence. As a 25-year old artist, inventor, swordsman, lover, dreamer and idealist, he struggles to live within the confines of his own reality and time as he begins to not only see the future, but invent it.
Good Sci-Fi, and remember it - it's Sci-Fi, don't rely to much on that.
After watching first season, desire to learn more about Da Vinci awakened in me. And so now, I'm a little bit smarter, than was before this series.
Before Da Vinci's Demons - I knew, that Leo was an inventor and painter, and that he lived in Florence, Italy in 15 century. As well I knew, that Florence was those days Amsterdam, with bohema and free will. What, probably made it center of Renaissance.
But now, I know even more, and thank's to Da Vinci's Demons, because of watching that, I started to explore other sources of Da Vinci life.
