On October 30, 2020, we bought additional 5 shares of Realty Income Corp. (NYSE:O ) paying $57.73 per share. With its monthly dividend of 0.23 cents per share, this latest buy has a dividend yield of 4.78% and will pay us an additional $1.15 every month (before tax). I find it pretty awesome!

For the rest of the year, we are looking to take $0.97 in dividend income (after tax) from this buy.
