On May 18th, 2018 I bought 100 shares of Atrium European Real Estate (VIE:ATRS) at EUR 4 per share. With its quarterly dividend of 0.0675 euro cents per share, this latest buy has a dividend yield of 6.75% and will pay EUR 6.75 every quarter. Humble but pretty awesome!

On April 2nd, 2019, I bought 100 shares of Alpine Global Premier Properties Fund (AWP) at $6.01 per share. With its monthly dividend payout of 0.05 dollars per share, this latest buy has a dividend yield of 9.98% and will pay us $5.00 (before tax) every month. Awesome!
I bought this share for our little baby girl's stock portfolio. Our 8-month-old baby girl has a dividend stock portfolio generating already $32.40/mo. I'm looking to grow it towards $50/mo by the end of 2019. The latest buy has made a nice little boost of $4.25 (after tax) to our monthly dividend income.
AWP is already the sixth stock in our baby investment portfolio.
I come up with a plan to build a high-yield $10,000 child investment portfolio by the time our baby girl will turn 2. (July 2020). Right now we are looking at $80-$100 monthly dividends by the time she will turn 2.
Our child's portfolio now has as TTM at $388.80, giving daily $1.07 and hourly 0.04$. We are now officially making more than $1 dollar a day. Literally can't wait to see what it will grow by the turn our baby girl will become a young lady.
Currently, I don't plan to go for a separate child investment account, instead, I will keep investing in my own portfolio, but will keep a separate Google Spreadsheet to track baby dividend progress. See: Simple Google Spreadsheet to Track Stock Portfolio Changes Using GOOGLEFINANCE
For the rest of the year, we are looking to get a dividend income of $29.75 (after tax) from this stock, which is about 1.45% from the total goal of $2,045 for 2019.
