On January 5, 2021, I bought an additional 9 shares of Intel Corporation (INTC) for our daughter's stock portfolio,…
On May 17th, 2019, I bought 100 shares of Penn Real Estate Trust (PEI) at $7.31 per share.
With its quarterly dividend payout of 0.21 dollars per share, (before tax) this latest buy has a dividend yield of 11.49% and will pay us $21.00 (before tax) every quarter. Awesome!
I bought this share for our little baby girl's stock portfolio. Our 10-month-old baby girl has a dividend stock portfolio generating already $42.16/mo. I'm looking to grow it towards $60/mo by the end of 2019. The latest buy has made a nice little boost of $5.95 (after tax) to our monthly dividend income.
PEI is already the eight stock in our baby's investment portfolio.
I come up with a plan to build a high-yield $10,000 child investment portfolio by the time our baby girl will turn 2. (July 2020). Right now we are looking at $80-$100 monthly dividends by the time she will turn 2.
Our child's portfolio now has as TTM at $505.92, giving daily $1.39 and hourly 0.06$. Literally can't wait to see what it will grow by the time our baby girl will become a young lady.
For the rest of the year, we are looking to get a dividend income of $53.55 (after tax) from this stock, which is about 2.61% from the total goal of $2,045 for 2019.
