In 2023 minimum wage is set to increase in all Baltic states. Estonia will have a minimum wage of EUR 725; Latvia - EUR 620 and Lithuania - EUR 800. During the past 5 years minimum wages across the Baltics have experienced a steep increase, and in some cases even doubled. When compared to 2018, Estonia's minimum wage has increased by EUR 225, Latvia's by EUR 220, and Lithuania's by a whooping EUR 400.
