It is already more than one year since I first opened doors at the Vilgāle apt and saw what have I bought at an online auction.  during the past year, we have done a lot, removed walls, floors, built new walls, ceilings, and even floors. It has been a few weeks already since the works with Vilgāle apt have been restarted, finishing the hallway, kitchen and sauna. more wiring were done, additional drywall constructions, some plumbing and a lot of sauna works.  Hopefully the works could be done by the end of the year, but more realistic I'm looking on Spring 2022. It has been a while since I posted the latest updates from our Vilgāle apartment renovation, the active construction works have been paused since March, except some minor plastering was done by mid-June. In the Summer months in Latvia, it is hard to find contractors. Made a quick stop at Vilgāle today to check how our apt renovation works are going and made this short drone footage. There is some recreational potential at Vilgāle. At the end of February, I got a call from the windows guys, informing me that windows are fabricated (in Poland), delivered to Latvia and they are ready to install them. We agreed they will install them on Monday morning. As we kept spending our days in another part of Latvia, I asked to send me the final images.
