Hotel Parasol Garden Review in Torremolinos, Spain

Hotel Parasol Garden in Torremolinos was first hotel we booked during our week long trip in our Costa la Sol trip in Spain. After we landed at Malaga airport and picked up our rental car at Malaga airport we headed to nearby located beach resort town of Torremolinos.

The hotel offered full board or all inclusive. We booked full board, as it was for about 15 EUR cheaper than all inclusive. Latter we learnt that Full board means all meals, except drinks, including still water during breakfast, dinner and supper. Luckily we got a cup of coffee next morning.

Hotel Parasol Garden

Parasol Garden is just 51 m from Playamar Beach, in Torremolinos. It offers a free Wi-Fi zone, an outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pools and air conditioned rooms with a private balcony. The Parasol Garden’s bright rooms overlook the swimming pool, sea or mountains. Each room has tiled floors and wooden furniture. All are equipped with satellite TV.

Speaking of so calleds satellite TV - in our case it was some extra mini TV set just bellow ceilings.

Nothing fancy here - simple twin room with a few decades old interior.

Full board, take anything you want, except no drinks, not even a drinking water.

Thus you can enjoy your drinks at your room. Bathroom's sink is one of the best way to get your drinks cold.

The Bottom Line

Pretty average and old hotel. The hotel had a free parking space, the WiFi internet thus wasn't available in our room. For price we paid (about EUR 80) - could be better. On the other hand it has it's own access to the beach which is indeed located just some 50 meters from hotel. Mostly seniors from Germany are visiting this hotel. Thus I met many nationalities and all generations.

Berlin Zoo and Aquarium: One of the Best Things To Do in Berlin With Kids

At the start of April 2026, during our roughly five-day trip to Berlin, we finally visited the famous Berlin Zoo for the first time - or at least the first time I can actually remember. There is a chance my mom might have taken me here sometime in the early 1990s, but if so, those memories are long gone. This visit felt completely new, and…
