Hotel Inn Twang is located 3.5 km from the New Delhi Railway Station. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. We stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of December during our 3 week trip to India. The hotel was offered to us by a tour company, and we got transferred here directly from the airport in Delhi. Despite not being a bad hotel, I doubt I would book it again.
